“Wonderschone Toscaanse vergezichten vanuit hotel”
What a beautiful location. Stunning views over the Tuscan landscape with cypresses, olive trees, and vineyards. The gardens are well maintained and beautifully planted. The apartment looked tidy with a kitchenette. The restaurant offered a daily menu for dinner. Breakfast was well presented with plenty of choices. The pool was nice with lounge chairs. The staff didn’t help with luggage while the parking was far from the apartment and many stairs had to be climbed. The hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The pool is very shallow.

Wonderful spot. The breakfast and the fact that cleaning isn’t included in the price (30 euros each time) are negatives.

The hotel and the surroundings are magnificent and very well maintained! The breakfast is super with a lot of choices. The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the plumbing (old hot/cold knob, shower tap that doesn’t work, shower wall not waterproof) – the bathrooms could use a small modernization. The tennis courts are paid: 10€/hour/person or 20€ for a reservation hour. Very expensive if you want to play tennis every day! We don’t understand why it’s an extra service (maybe that’s why no one plays during the day).

Beautifully located. The park around the hotel is great and very well kept. The various buildings look nice from the outside. The breakfast area and restaurant are on a terrace with a wonderful view. Our room was completely different from the photos in the booking, we knew it was just a sample but reality was different. The room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. In the bathroom there were small rubber pieces from a braces on the sink. Nothing was wiped, everything was dusty including the mirror and shower. The kitchenette was completely dusty. At the reception only a wave was given and they said it didn’t have to look like the pictures, cleanliness was ignored. The room was next to the kitchen where staff regularly smoked outside and when the window was open in the bathroom, the smoke would drift in. The staff rarely greeted or smiled. The breakfast selection was clear and the sausage and cheese were the same every day.
