Breakfast, location and the staff were good. They never checked whether the air‑condition was working properly.

The location was very easy to access for all the places, and the spa was good. The spa location itself wasn’t really a nice place.

Located near Jln Asia Africa & Jln Braga, the staff were helpful and the lifts had less waiting time. Towels were changed daily. However, the toilet and room fittings were in shabby condition, the air‑cond controller couldn’t be used, and the carpet was dusty.
