The room has no window to the outside and no natural ventilation, and the manager was extremely aggressive and insulting when I pointed that out! We did not stay to sleep on site!

La surface de la chambre. Pas de restauration le soir donc obligés d'aller jusqu'à Bayonne. Le petit déjeuner pitoyable : 2 croissants industriels même pas du jour, 2 tranches de pain grillé, 1/4 de verre de jus d'orange de grande surface, obligés de réclamer du café. Pour 9euros par personne. La chambre sans clim

The staff were charming, the dinner was excellent thanks to personalized recommendations, the location was great, and the décor was classic.

The stay was very pleasant, the facilities matched the service offered, and the owner’s warm welcome, friendliness, and natural kindness were a real asset to this lovely place; we’ll definitely return. The Toulouse locals!
