I liked the location and the staff’s politeness, but the accessible room’s floor‑level shower was missing the shower head and faucet, so we had to wash with the bidet’s tap. The breakfast area is on the first floor and only reachable by stairs; the staff offered room delivery, but to earn the accessible badge, these facilities need to be handled differently.

The room was very spacious.

The property needs renovation, the breakfast was poor, and the rooms are not insulated—everything sounds through.
