“Divino lugar y el personal un 10”

We were unfamiliar with Puerto Montt, but the port area was perfect; we were between a downtown hotel and this one, which is farther away. We chose well—though a bit distant, the location is amazing, with a stunning view, quietness, and a restaurant on site serving delicious dishes, so you can dine without leaving the property, which is great for enjoying and staying relaxed. The staff treated us superbly, always courteous. I recommend it 100%. Nothing negative, everything excellent.

Amazing sea view, very comfortable cabana, and fully equipped. The restaurant is great. Breakfast could be a little more complete, but was good.

The bathroom. It was so cold that air entered from everywhere, it didn’t have good finishes, so even with heating it was freezing.

Beautiful place, attentive staff, delicious breakfast, amazing views—absolutely excellent! I’d definitely come back. Everything was perfect.

“buena estadia”

The scenery, comfort, and service were great. I could never watch TV because the old set had no signal and you couldn’t even stream Netflix.
