The service is very friendly and polite, but many of the facilities are already broken.

Everything was bad: the receptionists were busy playing Mobile Legends, the toilets were in poor condition and the toilet door wouldn’t lock, the beds were very hard and I couldn’t sleep well; overall, it was a very bad experience and I don’t feel like staying there again.

I was initially upset because the superior room I booked was filthy and smelled awful, so I upgraded to a VIP room and that made everything fine. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the room had a tea/coffee station and a working A/C. Alfa Mart is close to the hotel.

I was disappointed, with many problems. Everything else looked good in the pictures, but the room felt like a nest of spiders, full of dust, dirty and scary.
