The location is the only good thing. Customer care was very bad.

The breakfast was top and the location is good. The noise from outside at night and in the morning for the gym (people doing group workouts with terrible noise right below our room) and the pool was not ready, which was the only reason I booked the room at this hotel.

The spot by the lake is lovely, and the hotel garden is pretty; the staff were friendly. The pool was quite green, breakfast was okay with good fruit, but there was no jam or butter/margarine.
