“Атмосферный отель с радушными хозяевами”
The hosts are very warm people, greeted us at the pier (and brought us back there at the end of the stay), answered all questions, and found snorkel gear for us; breakfast is plentiful, varied each day with tea/coffee, fresh fruit shakes, and fruit; the location is convenient for everything on the small island, the hotel sits at the end of the main street near bikini beach, and it’s easy to walk to tour agencies, the port, evening fish feeding spot, home reef, or anything else; the room is spacious (we booked a 4‑bed room) and very atmospheric (the restaurant is also very atmospheric), the beds are comfortable; there’s a cozy courtyard‑lobby, which isn’t a flaw but a feature worth knowing; a few months ago the island allocated land for residential construction, and the land under the hotel’s restaurant also got rezoned, so the restaurant was hastily moved to a new location, and to have breakfast you walk 5 minutes to the restaurant through the town or along the “pier”; when you turn on the shower water it first runs with a sharp smell, and you have to drain it for a while before it becomes normal.
