The place was close to the Old Town, making getting around easy. The room had no window, so I never knew whether it was raining or sunny outside, and this wasn’t mentioned in the listing, which was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable.

The place had a great spot and the room was clean and roomy, yet the lack of a window should have been noted on Booking; I would have chosen another room. The fridge and AC were noisy, and at least one fridge door on the unit would have helped.

Nothing. 1. I need to pay extra fee for extra bed even I chose option with extra bed and price included 2. The female reception is very rude to my mother and keep talking about money 3. Check-in time late 4. The blanket was broken and the room is very noisy, I can hear every sound from outside

The hotel was nice, spacious, spotless, and close to all the restaurants, though the air conditioning would need to be larger for the hotter months.
