I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service at this hotel, which truly made my stay unforgettable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. However, the hotel's overall ambiance could be improved with some modern touches to make it feel more contemporary. Overall, the outstanding service more than made up for any minor shortcomings.
I stayed at this hotel out of desperation when I couldn't find anywhere else, and I have to say that it was a bit of a letdown. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, but the overall experience was pretty underwhelming. While I didn't have any major issues, I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this place to anyone. It felt like a last resort, which is exactly what it is.
