Landhaus Margarethe lies 10 m from the Wilder Kaiser‑Brixental ski region, offering sauna, relaxation room, fitness area and après‑ski bar. All rooms have balconies, bathrooms, TV and Wi‑Fi; many include living rooms, kitchens and dining areas. Breakfast buffet, children’s playroom, ski storage with boot‑drying, and access to trails (3 min), village centre (300 m) and train station (200 m). Pool in Wörgl, 10 km away.

The room was spotless and spacious, offering a stunning mountain view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was just a short walk from the train station. The restaurant beside the hotel serves fantastic pizza. The lift to the mountain is super close, making it convenient for both winter and summer activities. The only downside was the noise coming from the hotel across the street.

El anfitrión era muy amable y el apartamento era grande y bonito. El único problema: la cocina es un poco pequeña y la iluminación no es la mejor.

El dueño y el personal fueron muy amables y atentos. El hotel es pequeño, pero te hacen sentir como en casa y todo lo que necesitas está presente. El desayuno buffet era amplio y personalizado. Estacionar en la garaje subterráneo era muy práctico para la carga de equipaje. En el restaurante cercano “Rundell” se puede pasar un buen rato tanto de día como de noche, con una terraza acogedora e incluso pizza fresca.
