“Happy stay”
Staff and cleaning were excellent. Some thing should be renovated, such as toilet facilities and mattresses were too soft
“Prima voor een nacht”
The staff were friendly, though no one spoke English; Google Translate comes to the rescue. The surrounding area of the hotel was lacking, and the bathroom wasn’t fresh.
The staff were friendly and available, and the overall vibe was pleasant. However, the cleanliness was lacking – gecko droppings on the walls, dirty sheets on arrival, and unpleasant odors.
“Ondermaats”
The staff were very friendly and meant well, but it was hard because almost nobody spoke English. The hotel isn’t expensive, yet it’s not the cheapest in Indonesia either. For that price we found much better accommodations elsewhere, even one in Labuan Bajo. The rooms are very basic, though they have air‑conditioning. A few small improvements would help, like a night light or a working lock on the door. Cleanliness could be better. It was still very noisy late at night, partly because of the karaoke that’s part of the hotel. There was also a lot of trash around the hotel, more than average. The price‑quality ratio is poor. The staff do their best, but the owner should invest more in the property.
“Unbedingt vermeiden!!!!!”
I could leave my luggage at the front desk after check‑out. I can’t even begin to explain how awful this was – it was by far the worst hotel on our entire Indonesia trip. I got food poisoning from the breakfast, the shower only worked sometimes, with very low pressure and cold water, the sink didn’t work at all for two days, the air‑conditioner barely worked and dripped into the room, there were larvae and a lot of mosquitoes throughout the room, it was extremely dirty, the room had a horrible smell, and except for one woman, no staff spoke English and they couldn’t even call us a taxi. The location was terrible and the surroundings were bad.
