The place is well‑situated, close to everything. The indoor pool couldn’t be used because it seemed they were holding hydrotherapy classes, so it was always full.
“El personal excelente , la habitación muy cómoda. Y está en una excelente ubicación.”
The place was very comfortable.
“Un lugar acogedor y bien ubicado con un resto de muy buen comida.”
La ubicacion y el trato del personal. Muy amables y nos resolvieron todas las dudas que teniamos. el aire acondicionado no calentaba mucho, la habitacion estaba un poco fria
“Excelente, mi hotel de preferencia en Colonia”
This is my second time staying here, and I highlight the hotel for its delicious and complete breakfast. The beautiful pool with massages is a highlight, and the staff are attentive and very polite. The rooms are lovely with the characteristic style. I would like the pool hours to start at 8 AM instead of 10 AM.
“Un excelente Lugar para descansar!”
The pool is excellent and room 928 on the top floor offers a view of the river and the best sunset view. The staff is very good; the only issue is that new staff at the restaurant need training on many points, for example the cocktail bar. The girls are friendly but lack knowledge on the subject. It’s just a detail that could be improved; otherwise everything is excellent.
