This hotel boasts a prime location and an impressive breakfast spread, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The quality of the accommodations and amenities is also noteworthy. However, some aspects of the hotel fell short of expectations.
The hotel's front desk staff displayed exceptional hospitality, making a positive first impression and setting the tone for a pleasant stay. However, there were some areas where the hotel could improve.

The hotel experience was marred by logistical issues and poor service, but the room was clean and tidy. The reception area was located on the 21st floor, with only one elevator, which caused inconvenience. The hotel's focus on business travelers made it unsuitable for tourists.
