Everything was awesome! Helen was super nice and attentive and really made me and my doggie feel at home. The breakfast was awesome as well. We did not drive but there are a few bus stops under 5 minutes of walk away so it was quite handy for people travelling without a car. We would def love to come back when visiting peak district again :)

Helen was such a friendly and hospitable host. She really had thought of every little detail. The room was lovely and comfortable with a spotlessly clean ensuite. She welcomed us with tea, coffee and biscuits. The breakfast was outstanding. Choice of full English or healthy option (granola, greek yogurt, apples, bananas) which I opted for and was delicious. Will definitely visit again if in the area

From the instant I stepped in, Helen welcomed me and walked me through every detail. The room was immaculate and cozy, complete with tea, coffee, and a jug of fresh milk. After a long tournament day, the en‑suite wet room was a refreshing escape, stocked with shower gel and shampoo. The next morning, opening the curtains revealed a peaceful view of the farm and horses, and I even greeted them. Breakfast was superb: granola with fruit and yoghurt, toast, jam, and a cooked option that I missed because I was still at another tournament—what a pity! They also offer cooked sausage for dogs, which my companions loved. I’d definitely return and bring my dogs next time; it was a shame to stay only one night at such a lovely place. Thanks a lot!

The location was beautiful and the room was comfortable, and the host was amazing and helpful. The room felt a bit cluttered, especially with the travel cot we brought for the baby.
