“Чудовий готель.чудовий сніданок швецька лінія”
The hotel is wonderful, with a wide selection of a Swedish buffet breakfast, especially the blini and syrniki are very tasty, the coffee is good, and there are options of vegetables, salami, cheese, sausages, and eggs. The hotel is nice. A special thanks to the girl at the reception for her helpful and professional assistance. Conveniently located in the city center. Everything is great.

The staff are attentive and polite. Cleanliness is good. They helped with parking. I did not notice any signage or a directional sign pointing to the hotel from the outside. It is hard to orient yourself and see the sign clearly when arriving by car. The internal parking is inconvenient; it was fully occupied on the day of my visit.

The breakfasts were great, offering choices for different diets, everything fresh and tasty. The location is also top, right at the start of the main street, making it easy to walk around the city and enjoy its charm. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby for any taste. A supermarket is next to the hotel. The bathroom door did not close fully and looked like it could be updated. Also, we were traveling with a dog, so we had to take turns with my husband at breakfast because pets are not allowed in the dining area.

We stayed at the Optima Kropyvnytskyi hotel and were very satisfied. It impressed us with its coziness and perfect location—just a few minutes' walk to the city center. The room was clean and modern, with everything needed for a comfortable stay: the bed is extremely comfortable, and the air conditioner works wonderfully. A huge plus is the dedicated smoking area outside for smokers. The reception staff are true professionals, very friendly and customer‑oriented. I especially want to highlight the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is incredibly tasty, filling, and the variety of dishes ensures everyone finds something they like. The private parking for cars is also a big plus. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality. As a suggestion, it would be better to have a better‑arranged outdoor smoking zone. There is a lack of a canopy that would protect the outdoor furniture from weather and, more importantly, from birds that pollute the sofas, making them impossible to sit on. Also, a small table is missing.
