“Excellent and would be perfect when small change in management is done”

I had a fantastic experience with the hotel staff, particularly Glory, Nelson, and Chetrock, who were incredibly friendly and trustworthy. However, the Spanish manager and her husband, who handled reservations, had a completely different attitude when the owner was away, and I would have fired them and given the tasks to the existing staff if I were the owner.

“Great Surroundings, Lacking Warmth and Value”

During my stay at this charming lodge, I was initially impressed by the picturesque surroundings and beautifully maintained gardens. The large, well-lit rooms were a lovely bonus, and the pool area was a fantastic addition. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived, as I found the food options to be quite limited and unimpressive, both at breakfast and dinner.

“Eccellente”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, surrounded by beautiful gardens and lush greenery. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was delicious and fresh, especially the salads. The bar was well-stocked, and the lobby was cozy and comfortable. The pool was a great spot to relax after a long day of safari. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to quality.

“Marvelous stay. I will recommend to anyone want to visit karatu and NgoroNgoro”

I had a wonderful stay, with the breakfast being a definite highlight - it was terrific! However, I was a bit surprised that not everything met my expectations, as I had envisioned a more polished experience overall. Despite this, my time at the hotel was still enjoyable.
