About a five‑minute walk from Exit 1 of Hongdae Station, the location is in an office‑and‑residential area so it’s quiet, and the streetlights at night give a sense of safety. The sheets had stains; I’m okay with that but a fussy person might mind. The vibe really depends on how other guests behave—some rooms feel cozy, others not so much. The neighbor next door snored, so I had to keep the TV on to mask it.

Breakfast was decent. It’s a shame there’s no air humidifier or purifier in the room again; last year there was one, which made the space feel cleaner and fresher. Without it, the air feels a bit stale, especially in the evening.

The room was tiny and not suitable for a group of four; after dropping our luggage there was barely any room to move. That was disappointing and not what I expected. The only bright spot was the great, convenient location.

The staff were enthusiastic and responded to every question. The kitchen, however, was outside the house, smelled a bit off, and didn’t feel very clean compared to the pictures and description.
