Excellent location, close to yummy restaurants, 711 and spas and the staff were lovely. Having aircon was great and the shuttle service to the airport was also very convenient and cheap (300 baht). The door seemed not to lock (did from the inside but not the outside) but felt safe. The bed mattress was rock hard but still managed to sleep well

The shuttle from the airport and dock felt overpriced. The pool clearly needs upkeep, the mattress was hard, and both the toilet and A/C leaked.

The spot was extremely convenient for the accommodation, but the price was too high for what you get; you can find nicer places in Koh Samui for that amount.

The sea‑front pool and friendly service were great, and the proximity to the airport was convenient. We stayed two nights because we were flying to Chiang Rai, and the hotel is so close to the airport that planes literally fly right overhead. For a longer stay on the island I wouldn’t recommend it. We booked a room with a fan, but it was very hot at night.
