Nothing positive. The staff lied about waiting for us and didn't explain that I could still check in late; they told me they would wait because we were only 10 minutes away, yet the hotel was closed and locked when we arrived, even though I got there before the time given. The next morning a different staff member promised a full refund and a free stay if I ever wanted to return, but that never happened. Service was abysmal.

The location is ideal, with a beautiful view of the river and bridge from the room window. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast provides a great start to the day.
