The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. However, we stayed on the first floor and the doors opened straight onto the highway. When we opened the curtains, passing cars rattled into the room. The pillows and blankets were dirty and stained. There were no chairs, only garden stools, which were very uncomfortable. I didn’t want to return to the room. It was very noisy; there was no sound insulation, and we could hear neighbors as if they were in our room. We were very disappointed. The room had no spoons, coffee, or sugar. The communal fridge didn’t work. The promised supermarket on the hotel grounds doesn’t exist; the nearest one is a 10‑minute walk away.
