“Fantastic place to stay for our family of 5 for a trip away to the snow.”
The location was fantastic, very central and within walking distance of everything. Communication with the owners/operators was excellent. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. However, the nails in the staircase made me doubt the security.
Perfect location for accessing the village and ski transport.

Great facilities for a family of 6. Mattress's on bunks were a bit thin, but kids didn't notice
Very clean. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again. The staff were excellent, very accommodating and proactive.
I liked the shower water pressure and the warmth of the place, but I hated the dodgy staircase. The screws were sticking out, which seemed quite dangerous for my young boys, and the hand rail didn’t feel secure either. I was very cautious with my partner and myself using the stairs because of our weight as adults. I just don’t think people need to worry about this when they stay at hotels. There was also hair on the dishwashing brush in the kitchen, so I had to buy new sponges from the supermarket next door. My partner also spotted a dirty diaper by the back door, which is very unhygienic and makes me question whether the cleaners are thorough.
