The place is great for its location, but the furniture feels old and the rooms are tiny, with corridors that aren’t kept tidy. The layout wastes space, and I wasn’t happy with the bed’s size or the overall room design. A renovation of the furniture and a redesign of the space would make a big difference.

They couldn’t locate me in the system for breakfast, so I missed a day and only got it the next. They assigned me to a red‑light area where we could see nude women, and I was with my 15‑year‑old. The water in the room was cold, and the room wasn’t ready when I arrived; I had to chase them up on this.

We’ve been here twice now and love the vibe and the helpful, friendly staff. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in Amsterdam. The location is perfect, and breakfast is everything we need. There’s nothing we didn’t like.
