“Older hotel, but still good”
The location is great and the revolving restaurant is neat. The bathroom is dated and cramped, the hot tub was unusable, the parking garage was dirty and smelled bad, and the rooms are a little overpriced.

The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the parking lot design made me feel uncomfortable—no protection for my car and several parking spaces underneath looked like good hiding places for muggers, so I will never book again. As soon as I booked the room, I was given the cancellation rules and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a better room. The clerk who checked us in on October 7 gave me the impression, via body language, that it was a bother to wait on us. He also told us that a $100 deposit was added to my credit card in case I caused damage to the room. In 50+ years of renting hotel rooms, I have never damaged a room, even a $1 worth. I traveled extensively in my job. The A/C was so loud, I thought maybe the airport was in the next room. The room coffee pot was dirty, and I doubt the coffee coming out of it would be any good. Sorry to say that downtown Duluth appeared rough enough that we drove our car to Little Angie's rather than walked (I know that the Radisson is not responsible for downtown Duluth, but appearances do count.)

The location, price, beds, and view are all good. The hot tub was broken, and the carpets are so old and dirty.

The room was filthy and the room heater did not work. The parking lot is in ruins, the staff were not attentive, the rooms are very outdated and dirty, the bathroom ceiling was peeling, the toilets were kindergarten child height, and the carpets were worn out.

Staying on the 12th floor, the hallway smelled so bad from dope that you almost could get high walking through it; we could even smell it in our room.
