“Pool Locked, No Guest Access”
We sent a request, got a reply that it was a booking error and that we should cancel. When I tried to cancel, it said to request a free cancellation, but I wasn’t going to do that – it wasn’t my fault. I joked, “We’re coming to swim in the pool,” and the answer was, “The pool is private, not for guests.” I was like, why did you lock the pool? How do I know about it if it’s not for guests? I’m furious.

Quiet, peaceful spot. Rooms spotless, kitchen fully stocked. Everything we needed for a family trip. The host was very kind and helpful, even though we didn’t speak the same language – we managed with a translator. Highly recommend, thanks for the hospitality.
