The room was large and spacious with a bathroom; everything was clean and tidy. What really set this place apart was the beautiful terrace and garden with a wonderful view overlooking the lake and plenty of seating spots. I recommend it and would gladly return.

The garden was large and had a view of the lake. The room was big enough and comfortable, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Breakfast was a mess; I had to prepare it myself and clean up after it. The bathroom was small, with a shower that had a curtain.

The location was exceptional, but it was very noisy because it sits right on the Torbole/Arco roundabout. The garden is very nice with a great view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast could have been more extensive, perhaps with rolls.

The view of Lake Garda was great, the drive to the lake was quick, the garden was well cared for, and Alessandro was very friendly – the owner is a big plus for this property. There was no air‑conditioning, so the room felt stuffy, the shower drain was clogged (I fixed it myself), and breakfast was tasty but the ingredients were weak.

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot, but the top‑floor room lacks air conditioning and ventilation is impossible because of city noise. Parking is limited.
