The hotel itself isn’t very modern, but my room was quite cozy, clean, and tidy. The sound insulation was good, so no unwanted noises bothered me. The breakfast was tasty. On the downside, the towels and bedding felt noticeably worn and could use a refresh. The bath didn’t have a soap dispenser.

Noise from the street, leaky windows, flickering lights, 80s décor, cigarette smell, a jammed elevator—all during a single night’s stay.

The hotel sits on a very busy road, so the noise is huge even with the windows shut. The reception staff were a major drawback—the lady was very rude and, after hearing my accent, demanded only a passport, refusing a Polish driver’s licence. Very unpleasant. On top of that, there’s no fridge in the room.

The location is simple, not too far from the station and with shops nearby. The beds were too soft and very old (over 25 years), which made it hard to fall asleep.
