The receptionist was very nice and helpful, but when the lady came to help us with the shower because there was no hot water, she removed the control panel and we found an empty bottle underneath.
The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options.
The room was a good size and decorated similarly to most Best Western hotels, and the laundry area was convenient.
“The room was clean and it had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
The lobby offered extended tables, bar tools, snacks, sandwiches, and drinks for purchase, but the washing machines were out of service during our last visit.
“Great place to stay for a Fairbanks visit”
The location, quietness, cleanliness, attentive staff, and great breakfast were all excellent; I can't think of anything negative.
