The staff were super professional and friendly, but the facilities were quite deteriorated.

The spot was spot-on for what we were after, and the staff—especially at reception—were fantastic. If I head back to Benidorm, this is the place I’d pick again.

The kids’ pool was perfect, yet the overall facilities were rundown, the bed had several hairs on it, and the bathroom wasn’t clean enough.
