The place was filthy and felt unsafe; I felt very insecure.

The bed was comfortable, but the walls were peeling, there was pubic hair in the bathroom, the TV didn't work, and there were black spots under the mattress; I asked staff repeatedly for fresh towels over five days, they promised but never delivered.
