I'm really sorry to give a negative review, but behind every hotel is the hard work of people trying to make their place welcoming. Unfortunately, this one needs a major renovation – it's outdated, not very clean, and not very welcoming. On the other hand, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The location on the Ha Giang loop is great, but that's where the positives end. The mattress was as hard as wood, the shower was above the toilet, and the place was filthy. There was no comfort, no equipment, and the air conditioning was loud and broken. And to top it all off, it was overpriced. Avoid this place unless you have no other option.

This hotel is basic, but the warmth of the welcome makes you forget about the rest. The staff's hospitality is genuine, and it's clear they're trying their best to make you feel at home.

The people here are incredibly friendly, and it's almost the only hotel in town. However, the room and bathroom weren't clean, and the sheets were stained. Not exactly what you want when you're looking for a place to stay.
