I could get to the hotel right next to the highway without any hassle, and the sheets were spotless with a hot shower. I had to leave the room at 06:00 to keep my trip on schedule, while breakfast only started at 07:00. When I asked for a fruit to take on the road at night, they said no and that I’d need to speak with the manager, which felt a bit uncaring and lacking empathy. On top of that, people were drinking and talking loudly right next to my room, making it hard to sleep.
