Casino&Hotel Admiral Alžbětín

“Das Zimmer war ok aber die Umgebung lässt zu wünschen übrig!!!”

The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was directly in front of the building, and there was also a restaurant in the hotel area. The long registration process was very annoying, apparently required for the arcade operation. We also didn’t like having to walk through the arcade to reach our room, and the breakfast area was integrated into the arcade… that wasn’t very convenient.

“Vriendelijk personeel, in een sterk tekort schietende accommodatie”

The location is good, but the room smelled and the air conditioning doesn’t work.

The room was well equipped, but it was a true emergency situation and it was already late in the evening. Luckily the property still had some availability. In general it wasn’t suitable for a hiking trip. The windows faced the parking lot and sidewalk, the check‑in and security check felt like a casino, the rooms were only reachable via the casino, breakfast was served in the casino, and there was no daylight in the casino.

While the hotel's staff was exceptional, our overall experience was marred by several issues, including a lengthy check-in process and inconsistent information about the check-out time. The staff's professionalism and friendliness were notable, but the hotel's inefficiencies detracted from our stay.
