What an unforgettable stay—overall rating 10! I fell in love with this Saranda Crown hotel; everything was flawless from start to finish, the cleanliness was immaculate, and the family‑run atmosphere made us feel right at home thanks to the incredibly kind hosts. The breakfast was especially impressive—big, varied and delicious—so you can’t go wrong. Huge thanks to Rahma, Maissane and the whole family.

We’re grateful to the whole family for the exceptional welcome we received in Sarandë; from the moment we arrived we felt at home thanks to their kindness, smiles and genuine care, plus their advice and little gestures made the trip even better. The family‑friendly, warm vibe and generosity left us with wonderful memories of Albania, and we’d recommend the hotel without hesitation, hoping to return someday.

“Stunning views”

We stayed at this family‑run hotel with a couple and their two sons, and they were all very friendly, helpful, and did everything they could for us. The area was very quiet, with a small bar a bit further up the road, and we never had any noise complaints because it wasn’t busy. The room was a good size, had air‑conditioning, a lovely bathroom, and a balcony with fabulous views. Since it’s a fairly new hotel, everything is new. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Every morning we were served a substantial breakfast with both savoury and sweet dishes, fresh fruit, fruit juice, water, and coffee. The only downside was the distance uphill from town; walking downhill into town is no problem. There’s an app you can use to call a taxi, and if you have a car, parking is available at the door.
