The property was well organized; the first‑floor room at the back was comfortable and fairly quiet. Everything was pleasant, but I would have liked a firmer pillow, though the mattress was comfortable enough to sleep well on; I would pay more attention to cleaning in hidden spots, like under the tables. Overall, everything was fine, great price, and I would return.

The location and price‑to‑quality ratio are good, but the place is very noisy, furniture moves, doors slam loudly, and you can hear everything clearly.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and meticulously clean; the area is perfect for someone like me who needs to go to Stadio Lanfranchi, with plenty of great spots to eat nearby and a shopping mall; communication with the host was simple, courteous, and punctual, everything was excellent; no complaints.
