The hotel is close to the highway exit, clean, and offers a full range of hot spring amenities, making it a convenient base for exploring Izu. However, the room had an odor, the indoor bath was too hot, and the outdoor bath water was too cold, so I couldn’t relax in the tub for long.

“総じてとても満足でした。また来たい！”

○子供と4日間、ほぼホテル滞在でした。 ○そのため荷物が多かったのですが、縦横の大きめの机があり大変助かりました。 ○買ってきてホテルで食事もしましたが、小さな丸机が２つありこれまた助かりました。 ○ホテルによっては子供にダニなどアレルギーが出ることも多かったのですが、4泊しても特に症状は出ず、大変清潔に保たれていると思いました。 ○眺望は富士山側ではなく箱根側でしたが、綺麗に箱根？の山々が見えてなかなか癒されました。 ○大浴場、露天風呂、サウナは11:30から利用でき、日中に入る風呂は最高でした。 ○あとどうでもいいかもですが、高速の駒門PAが徒歩3分のところにあり、ランプ、いちぼ、サーロイステーキなどのステーキ定食が1500円くらいだったかな、めちゃコスパが良くて美味しかったです。. ○レイトチェックアウトの案内が部屋のテレビ案内では基本宿泊料の30%うんぬんと書いてありましたが、実際スタッフに聞くと1時間1000円でした。10時から12時まで2時間延長を楽しみました。 結果的に良かったのですが、もう少し明示した方がレイトチェックアウトする人も増えると思いました。

The staff’s manner was very flat; a little more smile would have helped. I paid the credit card bill, but later a fraudulent use was discovered, and the card stopped working after I got home, so I couldn’t pay. I called the hotel to explain and said, “If I can’t pay, let me know.” Their response was just “yes,” and that was it. That’s not how the front desk should behave.
