“Avoid, owner makes threats and has harassment behaviour.”
Nothing. Absolutely horrible!! The stand‑in shower drain was clogged, so I couldn’t shower safely. Water splashed all over the bathroom floor and there was a nasty damp smell inside. After I politely informed them, the owner denied it, made false threats, and claimed damage, turning it into harassment. No apology for the clogged drain, no accountability. See attached screenshots of his texts. The behaviour was absolutely appalling and disgusting. The experience gave me a lot of anxiety and made me feel unsafe. I will be speaking with my credit card company for reimbursement upon returning home and I’m also filing a complaint form.
