I liked the location and the room was nice, but the cheap hair straightener fell apart and they charged us extra for it. They should just buy a better quality hair straightener for hotels instead of billing guests for worn accessories.

The hotel sits on a main road next to a vineyard and a grape orchard; the room is big but feels empty and there's no space to put luggage, so it has to stay on the floor. There's an outdoor pool, but the water was cold during the month we stayed. The staff were friendly and offered to give us a tour of the winery. Breakfast was very minimal, and the biggest problem was the plumbing system: a foul smell in the hallway on the residential floor and a strong sewer odor in our bathroom that lingered. We complained to staff, who sprayed a pleasant scent into the bathroom vents, but it lasted less than an hour. This ruined our entire experience. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel until the plumbing issues are resolved.

“Great location, friendly owner, large rooms with potential for improvement.”

The location was great and close to many attractions, and we enjoyed beautiful sunset views over the vineyards. The rooms were huge, very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a good shower and decent amenities, and we appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. Parking was plentiful, the elevator worked all the time, and the owner was friendly. We especially loved the rooftop deck where we ate several meals with beer and wine. However, the large rooms could use more furniture; a luggage rack or a proper cart would help, though the lobby grocery cart was useful. One room lacked chairs or a table, the floor lamp was in a corner with no outlet, and the wardrobe needed more shelves and more than four hangers. Both TVs in the rooms didn't work at all during our stay; the owner said they would fix them. Also, if you stay in room 202 facing the pool and vineyards, the view is beautiful but it gets sun all day and can be a bit too warm even with air conditioning.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying here; everything was outstanding, especially the pleasant and attentive staff. A special thanks to the owner for his hospitality. We left with great impressions and will definitely return! ❤️

The location is great for excursions in eastern Georgia, and evenings can be nicely spent by the pool with wine or cocktails.
