The room had ample storage with a couple of full-sized closets, and the linens and towels were of high quality.

The staff are available 24 hours a day and are always attentive.
The location is practical and the city is easy to reach, and the staff were very helpful. The parking space reservation was a useful service, but parking in a side‑street garage with limited maneuver space proved a little tricky for a medium‑sized car.
The staff were very friendly.
