I couldn’t open the window, so I had to rely on the air‑conditioner all the time, which made the room humid. The blanket was not breathable, and a motor kept running all night, creating constant noise.

“Quite a dated hotel”

The room was bigger than usual and could comfortably fit three adults. It’s close to the Bailian outlets and other malls. However, the sofa bed was in poor condition, and the staff tried to charge me extra for having it set up on top of the 3‑person rate I paid online. The hotel should improve the sofa bed quality because they charge a lot for it.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by its subpar location, which made it difficult to access the city center and public transportation. While the hotel's staff, particularly Eric, were friendly, the outdated furniture and basic facilities failed to justify the high room rates. Overall, our experience fell short of expectations.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay, with comfortable accommodations and a helpful staff. However, the location was somewhat inconvenient and the kitchenette in the room lacked essential utensils. The breakfast options were satisfactory, but could be improved.
