I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's excellent staff and its serene location. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. While I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay, I did find the hotel's amenities to be a bit limited.

I must commend the hotel for its thoughtful security measures, as the gate remains closed after midnight for safety reasons. While this might seem restrictive, it actually adds to the overall sense of security and peace that I experienced during my stay. The hotel's location is also quite convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I did find the check-in process to be a bit confusing, but this was quickly resolved by the staff.

We stayed in a spacious room with a covered terrace and a beautiful garden view, which offered an excellent price-quality ratio. The family we stayed with was lovely and quiet, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the main road where you can find various good local restaurants. However, keep in mind that it's about 4 kilometers outside of Dambulla's city center, so a tuk-tuk is recommended for exploring the area. Also, note that there's no Wi-Fi available, as mentioned in the description.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful host family. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, from delicious breakfast and dinner to arranging drivers for us. The host even drove us to Pidurungala for the sunrise, which was an unforgettable experience. Overall, our stay was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
