RUBEL APARTHOTEL&SPA

The apartment was wonderful, we were very satisfied! We arrived on time, with no delays. The owner had taken care of everything beforehand: left the keys in the agreed spot, provided clear instructions, so we found everything and settled in without any trouble. Inside it was very clean, tidy and nice – the interior matched the photos perfectly. We stayed with a large group (4 adults and 2 children), and there was plenty of space for everyone; nobody felt cramped. I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

The hot pools were nice, but unfortunately they weren't super clean, especially the children's pool and the jacuzzi. The kids’ room is a big plus. In the restaurant it was impossible to get your order; everything took about two hours to arrive. The bed wasn’t a double; they simply joined two beds together and something was slotted in the middle. The mattresses were all soggy. The air conditioner didn’t cool at all—it was just a ventilated duct. There was a lot of bulky, unnecessary furniture in the room, making it hard to move around. A renovation is definitely overdue.
