The view was gorgeous and the staff were friendly, and the place was well equipped; the only downside was a likely sewage problem that made an unpleasant smell come out of the bathroom when the windows were closed.

It’s in a good spot, clean, roomy, and has the basics, but maintenance is lacking: the entrance was missing two lightbulbs with no one to replace them, and the toilet wasn’t properly secured to the floor.

The location is close to the bus and marshrutka stand, the room was neat and clean, and the host family was very supportive; check‑in was quick and the bedding matched the photos, but the swing shown in the pictures was not available.
