I really liked the friendly and professional staff, the comfortable rooms, and the excellent service. Everything they promised was fulfilled, and I truly appreciated their commitment and hospitality. Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything was well organized, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, cooperative, and professional. The service was excellent, and the management fulfilled all the commitments they made. I had a very satisfying and pleasant experience overall, and I would gladly recommend this place to others.

“Bu resmen dolandiricilik!”

I only liked the location of the facility. The bed had bugs, and they gave me a different room than the one I had booked and confirmed. The noise level was at maximum until 4 am every night! Despite paying 10 manat each day, no invoice was issued. After I finally complained to the booking service nine days ago, I left. The manager even offered to cancel my reservation so I could pay the booking fee in that way. Yesterday evening, my card was charged twice for a price I didn’t understand! I left and they wanted to charge me 150 manat for the nine days I didn’t stay instead of 90 manat. That’s outright fraud! And the hostel is not clean at all, contrary to the photos.

“Really nice place to stay, Friendly and helpful staff”

I stayed at the hostel for about 10 days and it was amazing. The place itself was very nice, but what really made my stay were the people working there. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they genuinely treated me like family. Whenever I needed anything, they were always there to help and made sure I was comfortable. As a solo traveler staying in a dorm, I felt completely at ease here throughout my stay. I'm very grateful for how kindly I was treated and would absolutely love to stay here again the next time I'm in Baku. Highly recommended!!!!
