The beds were spotless and towels were provided. The electric stove was very powerful and the chairs were very comfortable. However, a smoking odor hit us as soon as we entered, there was no oven, and we found no shower gel or dish soap.

The conditions at the property were far from the description and basic cleanliness standards. The apartment had a strong odor of stale, cigarette smoke and dampness, the mattresses were dirty, and overall it felt neglected and unprepared for guests. On the day of arrival we tried to reach the owner, but no one answered the phone. I left a message saying we would leave because of the conditions and would arrange other accommodation for my staff. Only after two days did the owner call back – the conversation was unprofessional, raised in tone, almost shouted, and I was not allowed to speak. Additionally, inappropriate sexual comments were made. Because of the state of the property my staff couldn’t stay, and I incurred extra costs exceeding 300 € to find alternative lodging. I definitely do not recommend it. I did not recover the cost of the stay, but the booking service handled the complaint well.

Good location, large rooms, well equipped. The only downside was no toilet paper.

Central convenience. The apartment was outdated, dishes were dirty, the bathroom smelled bad, there were no smoke detectors, the door lock was broken, no blinds, and at night someone knocked on the window several times – we didn’t feel safe. The value for money was not there. We will never return.

The location was good. On the first day we arrived, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned; we called the host who told us he would clean it the next day – that was odd. The next day, when the apartment was “cleaned”, the same sheets, blankets, and pillows were left unchanged. When we tried calling the host again, he didn’t answer. There were zero facilities. DO NOT book this apartment.
