I liked the location near the port, but the bed had a roach, the bathroom had a roach, the room had roaches, the sheets were torn, the sheets weren't clean, there was a basement smell that had been sealed for years, the air conditioning made a truck noise, the bathroom was indescribable and dirty (hair, dead insects in the shower), the shower pipe was rusted, the Wi‑Fi was mediocre (completely cut off at 22:00), and the elevator was out of service.

It seems there are no windows, so you hear the car honks all night, making it impossible to rest. They also called my room at 8:30 am and woke me up to go pay instead of waiting for check‑out. Then at 11 am they called again to tell me for the third time that check‑out was at noon 😒

The staff were very accommodating, respectful, and patient. I went there for my exam and found time to review more because it was very quiet and the view was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place and will book again in the future if I have personal travel near Manila. Keep up the good work!
