I never stayed, but they never opened the reception door; the staff are irresponsible and the place is so ugly you can only see it from outside—never booking there again. I never looked inside the rooms.

El lugar nada que ver con las fotos no nos pudimos quedar debido a la inseguridad y mal aspecto que se miraban en ella. Nada de hecho preferimos no quedarnos a ver las instalaciones por fuera y su lugar y personas que se miraban alrededor las fotos por fuera por ese motivo no salen nada pésimas instalaciones y por lo mismo preferimos no entrar y pagar en otro lugar apesar de que sería doble gasto primero la seguridad

The price was good, but the staff was very disrespectful, ignored the phone, then hung up on me with attitude. The bathroom door had a hole, the fridge froze my food, the pool was closed, towels and washcloths were dirty, and I had to check in at a different property, only receiving a code and no key. Check‑in was only between 3 and 9 pm or I’d have to pay a fee. The neighborhood was sketchy, full of drug users and thieves, and the window screen was damaged and insecure.

It’s close to downtown, but they woke me up early to spray my room, and one side of the bed was broken so I kept sinking into the mattress, which was very uncomfortable.
