The place was very clean, and I had no issues.

Everything was ready and in order when we arrived, no problems. Potchefstroom gets very cold in winter, so an electric blanket would be useful; there were blankets available.

When we got there the guest house didn’t know about our booking even though we’d already paid; nobody was there to greet us and after 45 minutes we had to find another place. I’m not sure I can trust a reservation again after receiving confirmation emails and WhatsApp messages. I’m very disappointed and disgusted.
