The warmth and friendliness of the managers were wonderful, we loved the facilities, the perfect location and the pets (Mapachito and Kiara); my daughter enjoyed the pool a lot, the breakfast was delicious, and I would gladly return

While my stay at this hotel had its share of issues, the location and food were definite highlights. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in my overall experience. However, some of the amenities fell short of expectations, particularly the beds and pool cleanliness.
