The breakfast was tasty, the arepas were very good, and at least there’s a pool for when you come back from Tayrona. The staff are very pleasant. The bathroom is the problem—there was hardly any water to shower, making it impossible to wash your hair, especially if you’ve just returned from Tayrona and would love a good shower.

It’s just a 3‑minute walk from the Zaino entrance. The family running the place is delightful and meets quality‑price expectations. They provide food‑delivery contacts because the area has limited options. At night, water pressure drops and there are power cuts, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

La ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca de la taquilla de El Zaino (5min andando). El personal que gestiona el alojamiento un 10, te ayudan y te aconsejan, te sientes como en casa. Las camas muy cómodas y el aire funciona perfectamente. La piscina se agradece. Falta un poco de limpieza, principalmente en el baño. Por otro lado, el desayuno empieza a las 7.30, nos hubiese ido mejor algo más pronto ya que la taquilla del Parque abre a las 8 y se forma mucha cola. En general, le faltaría mantenimiento a las instalaciones

The reception was friendly and the location right next to the park was convenient; we could leave our luggage there during the night in the park. The room was large with a nice bathroom and the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning—just a fan was available.

Està molt ben situat i l’atenció es excel.lent . Son molt molt agradables. Ah! I la piscina! Pots estar refrescant a la piscina i t’avisen que el sopar està llest. Faltava neteja, molts bichitos i les fotos reflexaven algo que no era
